Cases filed with the Special Civil Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey usually require only service of the complaint and a summons upon the defendant, by certified and regular mail. Cases filed with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part, require service of the papers
by process servicer, personal service. Call me if you have another question.
