Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
What type of Attorny?
I am in the last 3 weeks of attending a trade school. Since day 1, the institution has not lived up to their promises, outlines or guidlines. I think I want to pursue getting my tuition returned. I, as well as many other students, am very dissatisfied with the administration and education we've received. Please advise.

Re: What type of Attorny?
This type of case can often be pursued on a consumer fraud theory. You are in a good position to prepare for such a case now because you still have contact with the other students who may be dissatisfied. Take advantage of that. Get the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of any others who you believe are also dissatisfied. Collect and encourage them to collect any written materials or evidence of advertising that you believed influenced your decision to attend the school. I am particularly looking for things that you read or saw that you now believe to contain false or misleading information. If there are similar verbal statements, find out which others can report the same statement. Write down what you think was said and when as best your remember it. Record the names of any others who remember the same thing. When you get that started, email me with your contact information and we can discuss your case.
