Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hello, I am a 18 year old sophomore at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2002 my mother was deported from the United States of America. She left behind my sisters and me and we spent our entire life living with our dad, who is also going through immigration issues due to lack of documents. We've been struggling financially and my dad is currently out of work because his working papers has expired. My younger sister, who is still a minor has a hard time in school, due to all the stress we had to endure ever since my mother left. We are all currently living with neighbors because my father had to give up the apartment, because he couldn't keep up with the bills. I wanted to know if the was a way for my older sister and I to apply for my mom to come back to the U.S or anything else we could do to help better our situation.
