if a baby is born in the United States but its parents are illegal is that baby a usa citizen and would that baby have problems with immigration later on?

A child born on American soil is automatically a U.S. citizen.
Yes, a baby born in USA is American citizen. However, this doesn't affect his/her parents' illegal status. Most likely, the baby can also derive second citizenship through his parents' citizenship.
