If you are a US citizen permanently residing in USA, you will have to come back to USA alone and apply for your wife with the USCIS in USA. It will take longer than 2 months.

However, what I can say is that you should go to the local consulate in her country and apply for her to enter the US as your fianc�e. There you can receive a K-1 visa.

Once she is in the US you can marry her and apply for her green card.
