dui conviction

I was convicted of a DUI on 3 months ago, my green card expired so I have to renew it. It was my first offense and I wasnt involved in an accident. My question is will I be denied renewal of my green card because of my DUI conviction? please help, I can't even sleep from worrying about this.

First, I suggest you see an attorney to appeal your DUI conviction. Its a little late for a direct appeal, but you still have ways around it.

Second, I suggest you see an immigration attorney. I can refer you to a great one.
