my fiance was deported last month im going to mexico in may to get married i need to know what forms and where do each of us submit i have heard so many different stories please help im confused and frustrated

That would depend on how you intend to apply for your future spouse. You can apply for a K3 visa, undergo Consular Processing, etc. You should consult with an immigration attorney since he has been deported and is probably subject to a 3 or 10 year ban.
