about H1 B
I did my Masters here In US, I have applied an H1 from a consulting company last year, as this H1 have not been approved on time, I have applied for OPT extension. I got my OPT extension last week. But this week my H1 has also been approved. I want to be on my OPT extension, how is that possible, Is there a hance that I can post pone my H1 next year.

If your H-1B approval is a change of status, you must start your H-1B within 60 days of the approval. If your H-1B approval is not a change of status--but rather a notification to the Consulate, you can choose to start your H-1B at any time prior to the expiration of the approval. You would need to go abroad and apply for an H-1B visa. Upon your return to the U.S., you would be in H-1B status.
