Hi i came here on a tourist visa last yr and expires in 2015 but the time they gave to me to stay in the country expired in february 2009,i got married in may am about to file paper work in july wud i have and problem at my greencard in terview?

I would need more information regarding your particular case before I can comment on it properly.
However, to be truthful, the fact that you came as a tourist for the first time and then overstayed the time that you were given by the immigration service is going to be an issue at your immigration interview. Keep in mind, that you�re not the first person to have done this.
