Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Immigration marriage cont.

I am now 26 years old my mother has become a resident from marrying a U.S. citezen can I become a resident or obtain a visa through her? Are there nay reasons i might not be able to?

She can file for your green card but there are several questions that I would need to ask you before giving you a definite answer. Particularly about your current status and how you entered the country.
