Im going to have married with a
citizen but she just get divorced. She
gave to her exhasband the residens
now she is going to give it to me do u
think that becouse she was married
and she give the residens to this guy
and it was a few months ago, the
people for immigration are going to
have problems and reject me?

You and your wife may be asked more questions at your interview at USCIS if she has previously sponsored someone. Additionally, she will have to disclose this information when filing your application. You should consider speaking with an immigration attorney prior to filing your application with USCIS.
