Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
I have lost my F1 VISA along with passport and i94.
Got new passport and i94 issued.
Right now have my police report on lost passport, have passport and i94 but not visa.
I understand i have to go back to my native country to get my VISA stamped.
Now that in 6 months i will be graduated and be under my OPT. If i can get a job and H1b approved, I have to go out of country to get my H1b visa stamped. Will that cause a problem in embassy?

This should not be a problem by itself. I see that you have obtained a replacement I-94 and otherwise in a valid F1 status.

It appears that you are maintaining valid F-1 status. With proper counsel, you should be able to change your status to that of an H-1B in the U.S.
