how would i be able to get copies of my visa and I-94 that I lost?

You should file for I-102 to obtain a copy of your lost I-94. This application can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov. Be advised that beginning July 30, 2007, USCIS is increasing filing fees for all applications, including I-102. Please visit our website for more information on the fee increase (www.thakerlaw.com)
