Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

i was petitioned for by my mom back in my native country,i presently reside in the US and do not wish to go home to receive documents there,my i-94 has since been expired and my priority date would become available in the next month. Can i still apply for adjustment of status since my i-94 is expired ,please help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

No, you can't - unless you are a single/unmarried child under 21 and your mother is a US citizen. Only limited categories of people are eligible for apply for adjustment of status when they have become "illegal" or "out-of-status". I suggest, you consult a lawyer before filing anything with the DHS or DOS.
