Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Here is the story summarized. In the beginning, the family had their shares of legal problems, but it stopped. Sometime later, the husband was reported to the ICE. They had 2 children and recently another one, and was on the run from being deported. Eventually, he was caught and deported. The family suffered an extremely tragic loss, leaving the mother with a business to run with 3 children. With all those tasks, the mother could not keep up and while speaking to her husband speaking to each other about the difficulty of life with the husband gone, they took drastic measures and after a few months after being deported, he was unfortunately caught crossing the border to the US and was detained for a month. The family once again, suffered a painful grievance, and this is where it ends. Does he have any chance whatsoever to be enter the country legally, even after the reckless thing he did? Or is he forever barred from this country?

It's likely that he has a permanent bar now (after being deported and caught/arrested while trying to reenter the US illegally after deportation).

It seems that even before he was deported, he didn't have a chance to stay in the country legally. Now, his chances are nonexistent.

If a family wants to stay together, they may need to consider relocating back to parents' home country. (I understand that a wife is also in illegal status).

I would need additional information regarding your particular case before I could comment on it properly.

However, you did not state whether you were a US Citizen which will have some bearing on the situation.

Although you both have children born here, until the children reach 21 years of age and can file a petition and fight legally to the immigration service this will not be taken into account.
