i came in to u.s.a with visitors visa and i'm out of status can i go to canada and renew it to student visa or work permit, i'm from Nigeria or can i renew it here in u.s.a

You can leave the USA, but will not be admitted back. I doubt that a visa will be issued - since you have a period of unauthorized presence.

No, you can't change status to a Student or a Work visa. As a person who is out of status, your legal options are very limited at this time.

Also, do you have a Canadian visa? As a Nigerian citizen, you are free to go to your home country. However, if travelling to a foreign country, you need a valid visa.
