Hello,

I was received a cease and desist notice recently for my website to shut down and delist in 14 days. I shut down the site until I get some legal advice on this matter.The suit claim, likely to cause consumers to be confused, mistaken, or deceived as to the source of origin of your goods and services. We believe it is likely that someone viewing your website and the goods featured thereon will mistakenly believe that your goods and services are connected with, affiliated with, approved by, or otherwise sponsored by our client, when in fact they are not. Do I have any legal claim to the domain name I purchased
