Missing Paycheck

I worked for a temp agency. And my

term came to an end at a job they

placed me at so I sought alternate

positions. My last weeks pay at this

job was never paid to me because it

was sent to an address I never

authorized it to be sent to. Someone

got ahold of the check and cashed it

under my name! I complained about

my check missing less then a week

after I didn--name removed--receive

it. Now it has

been over 2 months and this

company claims the Bank is

researching the issue. How long

should I wait for the money I worked

for and fully expected over 2 months

Report the matter to the NJ Department of Labor.
