how do i prove to unemplyment that i didn't quit my job my boss says i quit i say i was terminated?

If there are any third parties (e.g. co-employees) who are aware that you were terminated and did not quit, then you can call them as witnesses to your unemployment hearing. The hearing officer can explain how to do this. Also, if you have anything in writing from your former employer stating that you have been terminated from employment, then you can forward such documents to the hearing officer.
