I work in a small office and my immediate supervisor has many issues with my current situation at home...Doesn't feel i make the right decisions, doesn't like my significant other etc... She makes my life hell and i deal because i need the job. On friday i walked out of my office to overhear her telling my co-worker..''she is such an asshole'' she being me and when i confronted her she went off on a tangent saying how i am wasting my life with him and i need to leave him...Etc. I am at whits end

Re: Workplace harassment

Do you have an employee handbook? Is there a written complaint procedure in it? Here's a link to an article that I wrote about protective messaures in a workplace harassment situation: http://www.njlaborlaw.com/Workplace_Harassment_Protective_Measures.htm

You should also contact an employment attorney to discuss further. Feel free to contact me at 908.301.9095.
