Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

is this discrimination and legal?
My fiancee and I have been living in the same complex for more than 3 years both our names are on the lease. For some legal actions our accounts are frozen and his lawyers collect all monies and used to make payments .last 2 months they hold around 250.000 $ also they neglect to pay rent as I`ve learned a few days ago by an eviction notice left on the door . but my name is not on any court order or case eventually i disappear , don`t exist .. I `ve called landlord`s lawyers they claim that his lawyers inform them that i don`t live here anymore but which is just gossip I live and have business in this address.
I `m Turkish and been discriminated in this buildings before What can I do ?

If your funds are frozen there is something going on for which you need an attorney. You need an attorney.
