Res Judicata
My exlandlord sued me in special Civil LT tenant court for back rent.
He lost and was denied possession, and told to refund me for an overpayment of rent. It was a two trial. I moved anyway and then received a lawsuit for unpaid rent again, this time in special civil
they did not appeal, owing him rent was litigated, can he re sue without appealing the first judgment

res judicata is your affirmative defense/ u need to answer the 2nd law suit so that he does not get a default judgment.
