Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New Jersey

I bought a car 1 month back from New Jersey. The dealer has still not given me the registration and plates for the car. I can't drive my car coz the temp plates have expired, and now the dealer is not answering my calls. Its a brand new Nissan Altima
