Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

No responce from my attorney

I have or should say had an attorney representing me for a Medical Mal practive case. He has not answered my calls, e-mails or certified letter. Please advise how I can get a responce from him as to outcome etc.?

Re: No responce from my attorney

You need to speak to another attorney, who can help you find out whether a suit was ever filed, and if so what the status is. You can get that information at the local and federal courthouses yourself but it won't help you much with the old attorney.

There is no telling what happened here. Is this an attorney who regularly handles malpractice? Malpractice litigation is neither for the faint of heart of part timers. If you did not select a sharp, experienced, plaintiff's malpractice attorney, it may be that your case was not properly screened. If you would like, you may contact me for a referral for a second opinion, and some advice on how to proceed.
