Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Suing a Dentist

Dentist pulled a tooth despite the fact that I told him I could still feel everything he was doing..Tooth was infected so anesthesia did't work..Incredible pain...I''m having nightmares..Was a skittish dental patient just getting over my fear when this happened...The extraction took over an hour...It was horrible..

What can I do, this person should not be a dentist..He ruined my confidence in denistry and caused me great emotional upset.

Re: Suing a Dentist

This does not sound like a dental malpractice case at all. What I would suggest is instead of suing this dentist, make a complaint to the dental board. I believe that you will recieve justice from the board quicker than from a lawsuit.
