Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

On 3/7/2010, my mother who is 84 years old caught her foot on the bottom of a clothing rack in Kohl's Department store. She lost her balance and fell. She broke a bone in her hip, had surgey and is currently in a rehabilitation center. Does she have any optioons?
