can i sue dyfs if i was the passanger in a dyfs car and the person driving was goin to fast on the parway in bad weather and we got into an accident and i was hurt

You must serve a notice of claim on DYFS within 90 days following the occurrence of the accident to preserve your right to sue a state entity. Have a lawyer do this for you.
