Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was involve in a car accident 1 wk ago. i was heading N. speed limit 50m/ph. South bound driver made a left turn in my path at a intersection. 5 witness 3 said i enter the intersection on a green light, 2 said it was yellow light, and that i was flying.police report said. that the left turn driver was not aware of me going through the entering a intersection .and he believe i accelerate to beet a yellow light. he placed me at fault. no tickets issue. I thought the law is the left turn river has to yield to oncoming traffic. Am I at fault?

An operator of a vehicle must wait for oncoming traffic to be clear to make a safe left turn. It would appear that yyou did nothing wrong. Were you also injured? You have legal rights that need to be protected. Call me.
