Re: Assaulted Outside Strip Club
If alcohol was being served at the club
the New Jersey Alcoho Beverage Commission will hold the club to be responsible for anything which happens
immediately outside the club involving it's customers and an injury to a person outside. As a business invitee
the club also is liable for failing to take reasonable steps to provide a safte environment on it's premises.

Re: Assaulted Outside Strip Club
You definitely might have a case against the strip club if you were on their property. This is definitely a case that requires more investigation. Feel free to give our offices a call and set up an appointment.
