Broken Molar While eating at Restaurant
I was eating at a restaurant at a casino in Atlantic city and my molar broke into pieces. the hotel had me fill out an accident report and tried to take the broken pieces of the tooth. I was eating an oyster at the time. Do I need o get a lawyer. i live in Virginia and casino is in Atlantic city.

You do not have a case. Unfortunately, your damages are too minimal for most lawyers to take on your case. Besides your molar may have been in a bad condition beforehand. I would forget about pursuing a legal action. But hey that is just my opinion, if it happened to me (which is wouldn't becuase I don't eat oysters) I'm sure I'd feel differently.

I broke a tooth on an oyster once. I didn't sue.
I am fairly certain that some lawyer will take your case.
Good luck.
