Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

child injury

My 8 year old son was playing laser tag at an indoor amusement center during a birthday party. He and his friend (the 8 year old birthday boy) collided and my son suffered a terrible break to his front tooth that is going to require extensive dental work during his lifetime that will cost thousands of dollars. The birthday boys parents said that the party host did not stay with the boys during the laser game to supervise. Do I have a case against the amusement center? They said that their insurance will only cover the initial x-rays and first tooth bonding.

Re: child injury

Theoretically, you do have a claim. It all depends on whether or not you can prove that they have negligently supervised these kinds. On the other hand, you should also consider the extent of the injuries and the extent of recovery you might be able to receive if you win the case. It might not be worth your wile. At any rate, you should contact an attorney for a more meaningful consultation. We are available for consultations should you decide to take this matter further. Good luck.
