Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

if someone hits my car while its parked and says they where forced to hit my car because they were pushed into my car by another car that kept going whose liable? I live in NJ

You would file a claim against both drivers and let the Court figure it out. You should contact your car insurance company and give notice of the accident and provide a copy of the accident report.
