Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

injury at supermarket

i started a new job delivering bread .first day on job i was delivering bread to a supermarket.it was about 7.00 a.m. market was closed at this time. as i was getting out of truck i tripped over a bundle of newspapers thatmust have been delivered earlier. i fell and broke my right hand. i can not claim a workers comp. because i sighned a paper stating my company is not at fault if i get injured the fist day. do i have a case against the supermarket |?? thank you bill
