Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I had to go on my neighbor's driveway (adjoining mine) to clean snow off my car on my driveway. He didn't clean his driveway of snow and I slipped and fell and injured. Is there any liability for him? I always had to clean snow off my car using his driveway in the past and he knows that.

Obviously more information is required, but the initial answer is he, or whomever had responsibility for snow removal, would be liable if enough time had elpased b/w snow fall and your fall.
