I live in nj, i have a pi case where i was rear ended. I have heard that bergen county is not the best county to have a case in...Can you tell me, is morris county better??

Which venue is better may depend more on facts about your case than the county itself. It is infrequent that you can say one county is vastly superior to another as an absolute. Rather, one needs to know the facts of the case, the background of the plaintiff and the background of the defendant, they type of injuries etc to decide which jury pool mighgt be more beneficial. A personal injury can be filed with the Superior Court of New Jersey in

the county where the accident occurred or in the county in which the plaintiff or defendant resides where the complaint is filed.

Middlesex and Essex Counties are plaintiffs oriented venues.
