Who told you you can't sue??....if you sustained a serious enough injury, your policy may allow for a claim. You can contact me with further information to help with my evaluation and analysis of your potential claim. My office routinely handles these matters in both PA and Southern NJ.

It does not mean you cannot sue, you simply must prove a higher threshold of injury. I hope that helps. If you have further questions, please call.

it is not a complete bar to recovery. You need a permanent injury. Let me know what your diagnosis is and I can advise you
Re: Threshold in auto insurance
The lawsuit threshold does not mean that you cannot pursue a claim for injuries; they just have to be qualifying injuries. There eare six categories of injuries that qualify and there are certain proofs that must be presented in order to make the claim. Experienced personal injury attorenys such as our firm can help you assemble the proofs if you ahve an injury that if likely to qualify.
As to economic losses, these can be pursued regardless of the threshold issue.
We discuss the Threshold on our blog and in our webiste, but I would be happy to try to explain it further if you want to give us a call. 800-34-NJ-LAW

Whether or not you can sue will be determined by the nature of the injuries you sustained - if you would like please feel free to contact me and I will review your case free of charge to see if you have a viable claim.
