Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

3 days ago a man claimed he lost his break and his car crossed my property which is a corner lot that destroyed part of my front lawn, damaged my porch, sidewalk and steps of my house. He also hit/destroyed our van and slightly dented our other car.
