Condo Landlord Question
I am an owner of a condo in
Hudson County. Do I need to file a
landlord registration prior to filing
an eviction action on a tenant
currently living in the condo?

No, but the judge cannot give you a judgment for eviction without a registration. So, if you do not have a registration now, get one before you go to court.
