When going to court to get evicted how long does the judge normally GIVE you

Depending on the County, it takes 3-4 weeks to get into Court. Then another 8-10 days before the lock out can occur. Then, it is possible to get a hardship stay, depending on the circumstances. You should seek legal advice in any case. Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me.
