Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Loud noice

My house in residential zoning is located next to a local bar with enterteiment room. For past 1 year it became very loud and we had occurances where people were standing on my driveway. I used to call the owner but it became appareant that it is not working so this year now almost every weekend I am calling cops. loud music stops for couple of minutes and starts again so I keep calling the cops but eventualy give up. Two questions:

1. Can you tell me what can be done about this and how I should proceed with handling this situation?

2. Also my property tax is same as houses in quite parts of town. Can there be a rebate because house is next to commercial property.
