Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I'm currently renting a house and my landlord wants to show the house everyday for the next 3 months, which includes putting a lockbox on my door. The lease states all of the above, however, doesn't this infringe upon my right to "Quiet Enjoyment", or does the fact that I singed the lease mean that it supersedes my rights? Also, does the landlord have give me 24 hour notice? Thanks!!!

If the lease says that the landlord can put a lockbox on the premises, then it would serve to establish the landlord's right to show the premises. "Quiet enjoyment" is a term that applies to the title and possession of a leased premises. It is not offended by the landlord showing the property.
