Legal Question in Social Security Law in New Jersey

Blood clots

With obesity, diabetes, lower back problems and now i have blood clots in my lungs and rote leg. Rite now im getting w/c payments monthly. Should i apply for ssd? What if ssd pays more. I have a family to think about. I dont no what to do.

Yes, apply for SSD ASAP. SSD takes a long time to get approved. When the Comp company terminates you (and it will), you need something. Your children may be eligible for a benefit if you are found dsisabled. There will be an offset for Comp benefits, however.
