Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

2 Parking Tickets in 1 Hour

I got two parking tickets under Statue 39: 4-138 for blocking drive way. This was in Bayonne, NJ. One ticket was issued at 9:18 pm and the second one at 10:28 pm.

I am willing to pay for one ticket, but not for both. How can I approach the court / judge in this regard

I wonder whose driveway you were blocking?

Talk to the Prosecutor before Court starts and make that proposal. He or she will probably agree.
