Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Im 17, I recieved a red light ticket when I had my permit now having 2 points on my license, i have my provisional and got a careless, got it down to unsafe no points, just got pulled over for 84 in a 50 and he gave me a careless..... what am I lookin at here? this is new jersey, i need an attorny

Due to the fact that you already have two tickets on your license, the prosecutor may not agree to any amendment of this ticket, especially if you go to court alone. As your attorney I can probably get this five point ticket amended to a four point speeding ticket or possbily even a two point speeding ticket. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail. As with all things in Courts, it depends....

Having an attorney going to bat for you with the Prosecutor and speaking with the officer is a plus, but there are no guarantees.
