Maybe the court did not process your case or receive a response from you
Suggest you cqll the court office and give them the citation number
You run the risk that they scheduled it and you didn't get a notice and there could even be a warrant out for you....
You didn't say how long it has been..
Feel free to call me

Good luck...
It would not take this long unless it was sent to the county prosecutor's office. I bet you have a warrant for anon-appearance. Call Monday morning and talk to the Court clerk.

Try calling the Court to see what is going on. Secondly, you must assert your right to speedy trial to get the benefit of this right. Call me if you like.
Call the Court because maybe the case potentially slipped through the cracks. There are some Courts where I have experienced waiting over a year for a Court date, but it is rare. Again call to make certain that no warrant was issued for your arrest because you possibly missed a Court date. Hopefully the Court will allow you to reschedule it. feel free to call with any other questions (201)-342-5030
