Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I agreed to a driving will suspend, with any other dws was dropped so why would I have over 7k in surcharges. I'm not sure how they work the charges were from 1995

If you agreed to plead guilty to a Driving While Suspended back in 1995 (if that is what you are saying) then the M V Commission would have assessed surcharges of $250.00 per for year for 3 years. If those surcharges were never paid then interest and penalties would be added to it. the maximum suspension for a first offense is 6 months. Did you have a number of driving while suspendeds and worked a deal out with the prosecutor that you would plea to one and the others would be dismissed?
