You never NEED an attorney under our system of law, but the judge was probably looking out for your interests when he suggested you hire a lawyer. There are certain traffic tickets that have more than just fines associated with them, such as high points and jail time, and if you are unaware of this you may find yourself in unanticipated trouble. Why don't you give me a call to discuss your tickets in more detail? I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

The Court fines will remain until they are paid, there are other penalties which you may also be facing. Feel free to call with any questions, you may need to clarify your situation. Did you resolve those 7 year old tickets or have you not yet dealt with them. An expericenced municipal Court attorney will protect your interests. Please feel free to call (201)-894-9498
