Re: if caught using fake driver's license what is penalty?
If you were written up under 39:3-39(c) (check your ticket) then the penalty is a fine not less than $200.00 and/or not more than 60 days in jail.
If you would like to speak with me about your case and/or legal representation and you're located in South Jersey then please contact me at your convenince.
Thanks,
