Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I have been charged in new jersey with toll violations. I have never been to NJ. I have never driven a car there. They have a pictue of a tag similar to mine, but it is not. I lost the tag 1 year before.
What can i do to end this?

Get the record of your replacing the license plate from motor vehicles in you state and mail it to the toll collection authority with a letter explaining that you have never driven in New Jersey.
