Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I have to go to court tomorrow for a reckless driving complaint. I live in the state of New Jersey, and have my probituary license. I am 17, and this all happened on a snowy day. I didn't mean to do this on purpose. I do not know what to do in court tomorrow. No cop ever witnessed this insident, a lady wrote up a complaint. Will I lose my license? What will happen?

You are facing 5 points and a possible suspension. You should ask the judge to adjourn and hire an attorney to represent you

Reckless driving carries 5 points, since you also have a probationary license that is an issue for concern. It would be wise to ask for an adjournment so that you can consider hiring a lawyer to assist you with this situation. Please feel free to call me (201)-342-5030, I focus my practice on municipal Court traffic offenses and would be happy to speak to you about the situation. I never charge a fee merely to speak to someone about their case.
